These terms are between you and Jahan. By using Jahan you accept them. Contact: [email protected]

Who can join

People aged 18 or over, with true information about themselves. One account per person. Do not give your account to anyone else.

Your content

What you write is yours; you allow Jahan to use it to run the service (show, store, deliver it). You are responsible for your content and must follow the Jahan guidelines. Do not post anything you have no right to post.

Meeting in person

Together plans are made by members. Jahan is not the organiser and is not responsible for how participants behave. Meet in public places, trust your instincts and report anything unsafe.

Businesses

Each business page is made by its owner. The "Licence checked" badge only says we saw the licence in the issuer's public register, not that we guarantee the quality of the work. Contracts and payments are between you and the business.

Payments

The Blue Tick and business listings will be paid later; prices are shown clearly before you pay and nothing renews without your explicit consent. In store apps, purchases go through that store.

What is not allowed

Do not break into Jahan, collect its data with bots, make fake accounts or use it to harass or defraud anyone.

Jahan and the app

The name, mark and app of Jahan belong to Jahan. You may use them personally, not sell or copy them.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. Accounts that break the guidelines seriously or repeatedly may be limited or closed.

Liability

Jahan is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages from its use.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in an important way, we tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Using Jahan after that means you accept it. The date and version number are at the top of the page.
