What the Blue Tick is

• The Blue Tick is a membership badge, not an identity check. Tap someone's tick and it says "Blue Tick member · identity not checked". Identity checks are separate and shown in the Trust Passport with their own badge.
• The tick sits next to your name and gives more features, such as unlimited Together plans and up to 10 free business listings. The full list is inside the app; some features come later and are marked "Soon".
• To receive the tick your profile must be complete with a photo, your e-mail verified, and you must have no active warning or suspension.
• Jahan can remove the tick for impersonation, fraud or breaking the guidelines; the reason is recorded.

Inviting friends

• Every member has an invite link. When 5 friends join with your link and "count", the Blue Tick is free for you for 12 months.
• An invite counts when your friend has joined, is 18 or older, has verified their e-mail and has completed their profile 100% (with their city). Until then it does not count.
• Inviting yourself, inviting from your own device and invites completed after the campaign ends do not count. At most 20 invites a day count for one person.
• If many invites arrive very close together, the Jahan team looks at them first. An invite made by cheating does not count, and the accounts on both sides may be limited.
• If a friend whose invite counted deletes or loses their account within 30 days, that invite comes off the count. A tick you already earned stays unless fraud is proven.
• Each member gets the invite reward once. The campaign end date is written in the app.

Founding members

Everyone who creates an account before the campaign ends is a founding member: 2 free business listings and unlimited Together plans, forever, even without the Blue Tick. This is worked out from the date your account was created and does not change later.

Prices and subscriptions

• The Blue Tick costs $11.99 a month or $119.99 a year, and each business listing $9.99 a month or $99 a year. Prices may include taxes and are shown clearly before you pay.
• Payment is not open yet. When it opens, a subscription renews until you cancel it, and nothing is charged unless you buy it yourself. The free tick earned by inviting never turns into a paid subscription by itself.
• You cancel where you bought (the web or a store); it stays active to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the rules of the place of purchase; a refund or chargeback removes the tick and its features.

When the tick ends

The tick and its features go away. Listings above your free allowance are paused, nothing is deleted; you can switch them back on or buy a listing. Your Together history stays.

What we keep for this

Your invite code, who joined with it and whether it counted, a random key of your device that we keep only as a one-way hash so invites from one device are not counted, and the history of your tick and subscription. None of it is sold. Your first name shows on the invite page only if you allow it.
